Initial problem

I am using a 486 with a cd player, floppy drive and win95. I want to make boot floppies. CD is not bootable. There is no true dos capability to boot into in order to run rawrite. Any suggestions? Care to send a file with everything zipped so I can make a dos boot floppy and launch rawrite from
