o allow both methods to work. The user can
either set the env variable, or it can be set in the file itself. I'm not sure
if it makes sense to add the "! ischroot" check like in that merge request
though, as I feel like that's a different topic. What do you think?

Installed Wheezy to a virtual machine using VirtualBox running in Ubuntu 12.04.
First boot reported that Gnome 3 was in fallback
her Linux distros (Ubuntu, Knoppix) have problems
booting too. The strange thing is, Windows boots just fine, and I get the
same error booting Debian's CD in Virtualbox.

I have downloaded the Beta1 of Sarge NetInst for PowerPC (November 9th)
and I have got a problem at the beginning of the installation.
I enter Open Firmware, and then boot with:
