I have a laptop. My configuration never changes. Discover runs on every
boot, and I boot many times a day. Each discover run takes like 30s
time.
It was very good to have discover when I installed the system. But now
it is annoying me.

it is using 2.4 module names, thus it fails.

I have just tried to install woody on my laptop. I have downloaded the images from
http://ftp.se.debian.org/debian/dists/testing/main/disks-i386/current/
It is 3.0.7-2001-07-04 I think, and from images-1.44 I tried to install.
When going to configure PCMCIA, the module was nowhere to be fo
