a while ago, and now again. i still can't find any hints in there on how
to create partitions that can be used by md. or did i overlook something?
the other two issues i mentioned are probably "bugs" and won't be
round either?
- so instead of md i tried lvm, but it doesn't work. console 3 says my kernel
is lacking the required device mapper targets
i don't know if this are really bugs, or whether i'm just too stupid, so
please give me some hints on what i can do to figure out...

but how do i build the whole cd? someone suggested to use debian-cd, but

i downloaded the woody boot floppy images (3.0.22-2002-04-03) in idepci
flavor. they work fine on the p2b
