ISO which installs the base Debian system. During the 'apt' configuration
phase, it will tell you that you don't have a valid CD. Ignore that, then give
it regular internet sources so you can install pack

So this idea has been popping up now and again on #Debian the past few
days, and I wanted to make sure it was written down somewhere.
In short: Create a bootable CD image containing the installer and "base
floppies", so
