My only hesitation is that hybrid boot has never been anything more than a
hack, but that's vastly outweighed by the fact that it's so pervasive.

Someone on my team at Dell made a doc on how to do this with SLESa few years
ago. I can't look it up right now, but a search for "Stuart Hayes UEFI PXE"
should pull it up. It shows how to set up the DHCP server too so that you don't
break legacy PXE too.
That should be a good starting point.
