Sqeeze doesn't install

Hi Have just built a box with a Gigabyte GA-MA74GM-S2 motherboard. Live dvd runs but install fails and internet is disconnected on failure. Both sqeeze amd64 disc 1 and squeeze amd64 net install fails with : module i82365 not found and rt 1816 for r8169 missing. update tried alternative
