Downloading the patches from the bts works fine. The patches can be applied
with ignoring whitespaces (option -l). The patches solve the FTBFS.

A test with piuparts revealed that package tasksel-data misses the copyright
file after an upgrade from squeeze to wheezy, which is a violation of
Policy 12
mal. This bug is not important to me
anymore with this workaround available.

Similar problem here. I use the daily built floppies of the
debian installer of 2004-09-05, boot.img and root.img .
The hardware is a pentium 100 mhz with 32 mb ram. After
booting with boot.img and feeding also root.img, a message
appears "entering low memory mode". I don't load extra
drivers, sinc
This bug is still in the release candidate 1 of the debian
installer released yesterday, 7 August 2004. That may be
normal, if this bug was considered not important enough,
I'm not sure.
