Dear Maintainer,
I used d-i Alpha3 arm64 to install Debian to a qemu disk image.
I used the graphical expert install.
Selecting the "keyboard configuration" menu item had no effect.
Installation finished successfully.
But after reboot,
Processing control commands:

Control: reassign -1 qemu-system-arm 1:5.1+dfsg-4+b1

I am not sure if this is bug more for debootstrap or some other package
(base-files?), but:
I think ~/.local/bin should be added to default non-root PATH.
I belive Fedora and Ubuntu already does that.
