ARM64: kexec missing EFI system tables

Hi, I'm trying to kexec Debian netinstall and normal kernels on my ARM64 devices but the kexec'ed Debian kernels are failing to retrieve the EFI system stables. I have tried buster and bullseye. This causes the installer and distro to lose EFI support. If I run the ISO or linux/initrd combination
