Bug#690246: debian-installer: initial install reboot failure to find lvm devices when hostname has a - in it

I recently used the Stretch RC 3 installer to install an LVM setup where the hostname contains a hyphen, and I did not encounter this issue, so perhaps it's been fixed in the intervening years? Regards, Dave
