While trying to install Debian 8.2 on a set of drives to be RAID1ed by
mdadm, partman wasn't listing either of the drives. Dropping to a shell
showed that both drives existed (/dev/sdb and /dev/sdc were present).

Hi,
looking further, I now see that there's a test for DHCP preseeds
in auto-install.sh (which runs after the network comes up).
That being the case, the only issue is the logic inversion of the if
statement, so I just pushed a fix to that (51ecf03)
