I ran the installer from a Debian live wheezy USB boot; it failed at the
same part but I noticed that gparted fails on /dev/sda. See
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=705851 for details. It

I installed Debian Wheezy RC1 from Xfce CD 1 and found that 2 notification
