Hi folks,
I've been using a wrapper script around the debian-cd build.sh script for
some time and an very happy with it, especially as I now have things set up
so that I can very easily include both custom packages and custom udebs.

Problem:
I am trying to produce a proper Debian Install CD (NETINST) to work with an
i386 EFI Based system.
The NETINST CD should contain both the Legacy boot image and the EFI files
needed to install Linux.
Also the install process should determine it is on an EFI Base
[Cc:ed debian-boot as both packages have a udeb]

While we don't have a .deb to put them in, I think this could
nevertheless be quite useful. The SYNOPSIS section of a typical manual
page is better at expressing concisely what one can pass on the command
line than a plain-text

This has to be a language identifier known to NSIS. If there isn't one for
Dzongkha, you'll have to translate that before win32-lo
