We are about to finalize and commit the partman-crypto new templates
(the current ones have many strings not marked for translation).
Frans, Geert Stappers, Max Wozeler and I have already reviewed all of
them, but none of us is a native English speaker, so a final look
would be worth it.

We now have the needed udeb for ttf-dzongkha.

The situation is mostly the same: 2.4 works everywhere except on mac;
2.6 works on some machines, but certainly not all of them.
