By using unstable's base-config, it appears that Welsh automated
installs do no hang anymore.
The missing comma thus seemed to be the culprit.
Which means we need 2.53.5 in testing, of course.
I'll test the automated Polish installs which had a similar bug,
though here no comma was missing.
