Leaving aside the cdebconf progress bar resize bug, if I were doing any
number of installs over slow serial (more than 1..), I would switch d-i
to use the cdebconf text frontend in my install media. Of course we
don't currently ship any media with that frontend on them, but it should
be an easy cha
