No I've got a couple of new dual xeons with Tekram DC-390U4B
controlers. These controlers use the LSI 53C1020 chip.
Now I have to transfer the system but it doesn't work.
When I use the modules mptbase.o on disk, they can't be l

Hello,
There is a typo in debian/lilo-installer.templates that makes any
attempt to install LILO to a partition (ie. not the MBR) fail. Patch
below fixes this.

Hi,
I'm a newb trying to install woody off of a CD I downloaded from the web.
After booting from the CD, things start off fine until
the Partition check- where I see
hda: hda1 hda2 < hda5 hda6 >
hdd:hdd: lost interrupt
followed by repeated
'hdd: lost interrupt' messages.
Any suggestions are
