Package: boot-floppies

I'm trying to boot a Gateway system off the LAN in order to install
Debian. There server's running RHL 7.2.
The gateway declined to boot with its bootrom so I got on from
rom-o-matic and I'm booting the "rom" from floppy.
It boots the rom, get

well... i'm not clear on why we have LANGUAGE and don't use either
LC_MESSAGES or LC_ALL. Isn't that the standard way to define local
