Trouble with X4 and fbdev.

Hello, I've been trying to get X4 going with fbdev and it's not working still. I thought someone may have had problems with this before. The machine is a old Netwinder DM. I installed Debian unstable, upgraded Perl ot 5.6 and all packages along with that, and got xserver-xfree86 package. This is

New NetWinder install process?

Hello, I've been trying to find the good old documentation and the files to install Debian on my NetWinder OfficeServer but they seem to have vanquished. It used to be that tftp was used along with deb-nw file and it all worked like a swiss watch. Can this still be done? I read the NFS installatio

What's the status of MySQL port for the NetWinder? I checked the archives, haven't seen a thing. apt can't find any of the MySQL packeges. I know Debian started supporting PostgreSQL, are the MySQL packages still in the distro, since it's now GPL? Marko

Hello, Thanks for you interest Adam. NeTTrom firmware is version 2.1.16c. I got the system set up now (Forgot that I can switch to the console during install). So my previous question may just be a hint that the mke2fs should use -O sparse_super during the install in the future for the netwinde
