Setup within Qemu-ARM

Hello, I need a Squeeze ARMel installation to test some packages before porting them to my NAS. I tried installing Debian in my Qemu env, but it stops saying it cannot find any ethernet card. I tested different combination without results. Can anybody help? Thank you!
