arts and kdelibs build faliures

Hi Arts and kdelibs on arm and kdelibs on mips are failing to build on the autobuilders. (As a result the rest of KDE is also failing to compile.). I think this is because QTDIR is not set. As a result the rest of KDE is also failing to build. Please could someone try to sort it out. (I have fi
