The debian/control file in apache2 uses a negated list of architectures
to specify a package relationship (most likely Build-Depends) on a
Linux-specific package. I.e. something like:

Sorry for the noise, this message was sent to wrong bug #.
Btw, as for #616323, could you consider uploading the same fix to

"build-rdeps libapr1-dev" lists 25 more packages, how would we go
about having all them binNMUed, contact buildd admins?

simply no justification for having this in the default setup.

Much better. IMHO this is no longer RC, since it doesn't suddenly brea
tion discouraging its use.
Followed by stuff like:

Hi!
libapr is built without -D_REENTRANT on GNU/kFreeBSD. The attached patch fixes
the problem, please could you forward it to upstream?
Thanks

My apologise, but this patch produces FTBFS due to broken command-line options

Hi!
The Server banner in apache2 always advertises as "Debian GNU/Linux"
regardless of the system we're running apache2 on.
I'm attaching a patch that fixes this by detecting the kernel via uname in
debian/rules and passing it as a -D flag.
