The package is hosted at https://github.com/mmorise/World
and licenced under the 3-clause BSD license. I'm going to use
the WORLD vocoder for building MBROLA voices.

Hello,
My name is Tobias Platen and I watched Samuel's talk about accessibility
in Debian at Fosdem 2015. Two years ago I wrote a driver for a Braille
display at the Zentrum für blinde und sehbehinderte Studierende of the
Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen where I also did my master the
ckage. I'm willing to maintain the packaging in the future
and want to ask for a sponsor who uploads the packages to the Debian
repository.

Hello,
In my master thesis[1] I wrote about about speech synthesis using modern
algorithms. I evaluated several algorithms and wrote an implementation
of an MBROLA clone that I released under GPL v3. It is based on WORLD[2]
by Masanori Morise, which has been used in VOCALOID clones such as
v.
for us.
Let me know if you could be interested in discussing this sort of things!
Cheers
Vincenzo.

How is it related to MBROLA? Only the algorithm? I see that there is
some code
file an ITP bug, but I got
an Internal Server Error.
