Somehow, m.facebook.com works with lynx, a bit. Not perfect but for some
stuff, it does work.

Well, Frank, after an upgrade-and-a reboot, I had noticed strange similar
items. What helped here was to re-install console-setup, as I am also in SID.
Also, had to once again install console-fonts as I like 180lines. Anyway, hope
those work for you
