all distros, and pool/ in which you have all packages. So really,

Yes, for old releases you can use http://archive.debian.org/debian , it
contains all of them.

I have a reason to use Debian 7 from the archives, but when trying to
install it the mirrors listed in the US English no longer work. I tried
several mirrors to no avail. Is there a mirror that I can enter
manually when given that choice? And if so, what is the mirror URL.
