I can't reproduce the issue. What I am doing is:
- install bullseye
- upgrade at-spi package

I managed to reproduce the issue. I believe this should be fixed by
version 2.33.92-2 of at-spi2-core.
Some people have asked how to install these versions. You should be
able to just add
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ experimental main
to your sources.list, run apt-get update, an

- ability to emit keys reachable with alt-gr (e.g. @ on a french
keyboard)
- some work to emit keys in Wayland.
