It would be a very simple matter to get the live CDs to have speech at boot.
The Squeeze live CD already has the Speakup modules, so I'm assuming that
Wheezy does as well. I haven't used the Wheezy live CD, but with Squeeze,
it doesn't have the espeak and espeakup packages. Since Squeeze stil

I want to take a look at a system that currently doesn't have Linux on it.
I went and grabbed the latest GRML, only to discover that speech output is
no longer supported because there's no-one to maintain it. If anyone
wants to, please get in touch with the GRML maintainers, I'm sure they
