GNOME_ACCESSIBILITY=1, then gsettings, and this time, MATE stays
inaccessible. .xsession-errors says:

Testing has a lot of problems with Orca, not present in sid. Thus, I've
lost access to mozilla apps since the Sunday's update of testing. I
re-install it, and I've just released that at-spi2-core is not installed
as dependency of Orca. Is that known? a bug to report?
