Unfortunately, this bug is still present on a fully updated Stretch system. I
have at-spi2-core 2.22.0-6 installed and constantly experience Orca crashes
with exactly the same segfault. This is especially annoying on Gnome when
switching windows. With Mate it seems to occur only sometimes

I believe the upstream fixes for this bug have been uploaded in the
latest versions of at-spi2-core & atk, now in testing.

If it is the same bug then I have to say I did not close any application
when Orca crashed. I also did not do anythything particularly fast. I am
not 100% sure what I Was doing but If I remember correctly I just
switched between virtual Gnome desktops which did have some application
windows
