Debian ISO Image with espeak

Hi All, I would like to download the standard Debian Live DVD image. How can I install the espeak package correctly within chroot? I can modify filesystem.squashfs but i do not know how can i install the package. I want speaking support after the modified live image boots. Please give me an instruc
