I myself think including an orriginal message in a reply basicly wastes time, as
we already heard an orriginal the first time. From experimenting, a better way
would be formatting as if you were reading a play with speakers identified
back-and-forth. Especially in Usenet, they accesively quote,
Replying on top helps a lot. Some visually impaired or blind people reply
inline or on bottom, but I don’t know how they, themselves, read that kind of
mail efficiently.
