Figure out that in most cases, Orca is installed, brltty too. So it's
easy to add a binding to run orca by default. It's what we do in our
customized Debian anyway. That's why I proposed to add brltty to liveCD,
then we can deal /ith a shortcut to enable or not a11y for MATE, to run
Orca on Gno
