A long time ago, you expressed interest in adopting emacspeak-ss. Unfortunately,
it seems that it did not happen. In Debian, we try not to keep ITA bugs open

Just for information, could you provide further details about areas where
accessibility in mate is better than in Gnome or point me to any link that
talks about that?
I am using Jessie and I should install a desktop, so this information can be
really useful...
