from a terminal via ctrl+alt+f1

Not a problem, you can directly run kvm:
kvm -cdrom win-install-image.iso -hda disk-image.img

But after having installed a screen reader in it, you can use
-soundhw ac97
to add a virtual sound card for speech synthesis, or
-usb
