Maybe - at least from user space. There needs to be enough stuff on the
ramdisk to mount a floppy and extract a tarball. Not sure if that would
work (it's all inside busybox still, right?).

At least Atari users can usually rely on a working floppy driver in Linux
- so more stuff could be pulled in from floppies after a base set of stuff
