Greetings!
http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.cgi?pkg=gcl;ver=2.6.7-34;arch=m68k;stamp=1183906243
shows a failure I cannot reproduce in sid chroot on crest, namely:
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I. -D_GNU_SOURCE -DTRAD_CORE -I. -I.
-I./../include -I./../intl -I../intl -W -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes
Thanks so much for your quick response!

The chroot appeared fine on crest, but a simple configure script lost
track of its current directory and died.
Would you like me to recheck crest?
Take care,

crest appears to have rebooted spontaneously (most likely due to a power
brownout two days ago; q650 and hobbes survived the brownout so I assumed
it wasn't a total three-phase thing. Remind me to
Greetings! I can't seem to get `pwd` to work right in a configure

--disable-statsysbfd --enable-locbfd && make
loading cache ./config.cache
