With BigramPlus as sole memory the system can't seem to deal with the
initramfs (see log)

I believe now the A4000D might have issues with the on-board fast ram.
Creating a memfile with only chipram and the bigram (and not on-board fast
ram)
at least got me to a debug shell in the installe
