I looked at the gnustep problems, but they seem to be gone with a new
gnustep-base, so recompiling this one should help.
It might also be worth to retry subversion, I checked it, but I didn't see
that failure, so if
my lcIII/performa450 with no ethernet card,
is complaining about "neighbor table overflow".
i see it 5 times or so towards the end of booting,
and then again periodically during operation.
