Install Debian 2.2

Install on LC 630 Part II

I've mounted a scsi external hard drive on my machine, i've partitionned and extracted all the files. I begin the installation, activate the partition, but when its the time to install the kernel, the installation doesn't see the files on my hard drive, mac partition . Can you help  me ?   thanksM
