Well, quickstep does, but then quickstep probably is the slowest machine
in our autobuild cluster :-)

Could anybody help me with redirecting (by shell commands)
Input/Output of an application to tty1 (from, say, tty2)?
In order to redirect I/O to tty I tried typing (from tty2):
#./application < /dev/tty1 > /dev/tty1
but it didn't work, I couldn't get the input from tty1.
