Great! I have mailed them again and guess it will be fine this time. Its
just that I had requested for it a few days back and got an updated letter
which didn't mention the address of stay. So i thought they didn't have a
template for that.

Yes! Visa applications in many places need to provide the accommodation
arrangement details as well, so it will be great to include such a
statement in the invitation of those who got bursary.
