December is around the corner and with it comes the DC17 bid
deadline. We've been (intentionally?) vague about what exactly this
means, but I think it's time that we pulled tight the strings.

next edition (DC16).
I suggest always trying to do better than the previous edition[1].

Hey,
I threw together some quick notes about how to get wafer up and
running locally for development purposes. I hope to dive into the
code tomorrow and will try to offer hands to whoever wants to join,
if hands are wanted.
