This email is to state my thoughts on the proposed Le Camp
reservation, more directly. I am looking over this with a critical
eye, trying to ensure solvency. Thus, I am not relying on faith so
much here, but provide "global team / debian oversight". It rightly
seems more critical than other

Hi Richard
Thanks for your budget. Just two notes:
- The minimum price is not per week but for the whole event. So we can
use the nights we don't use during DebCamp for DebConf. This
significantly reduces the costs.
- Our budget calculates with 34.- CHF per meal as Le Camp already agreed

Hi,
so, this is a first in a serious of mails I plan to send tonight. Please don't
bother replying until I ask for feedback in "the final mail". I'm really tired
and highlighting and distracting me will make this take longer and steal from
my sleep later. And sending this mail in pieces will he

Hi,
so, second in a serious series of serious mails send on a Sunday night.
After the roundtable, Phillip Hug, Michele Cane and myself met with the
manager of Le Camp. Michele was present in previous negotiations with Le Camp
(and understands German) and Phillip was there, as he also wanted to
Hi,
so, you can flame now. Aka, this short serious series is over for today,
hopefully to be continued already tomorrow...
So, as a meeting in Le Camp we came to the conclusion to recommend to the
globalteam to have DebConf13 in Le Camp and also to come to a final decision
rather fast. Thats w
Hi,
whats been definitly missing in my mails, I think, is why now I think we can
get that much sponsorship as we will need (though it was partly on IRC).
Simply said: I expect that the real answer is in sponsors-table in git now or
will be RSN.
cheers,

I would hope so. But unfortunately it's premature to make any "final"
decision until there is at least one plausible option presented,
including among other things a plausible budget. Richard just started a
