Hey everybody,
In this email I'll cover many things, and I expect to get comments from you.

to solve this problem. To have both teams reporting on their status.

In English this is called a double bed. When there are two beds in a
room, it's a twin room. Please let's call it that -since we are
communicating in English- to avoid confusion.

hi Stefano,
are you aware that we assume that you'll create a nicely looking document,
print it twice, sign both and send them to Banja Luka?
It seems we are ;-) At least thats the conclusion of yesterdays meeting,

Are you fine with that and can you handle it?

Hi,
the meetbot log is very short on this subject, it basically refers to

Said wiki page lacks any date, I wonder which dates to choose.

Regarding # Report on what's happening with PentaBarf
There are many procedural questions, to which most of them I have
answers, even if I don't through wiki pages we could get onto our
answer. However, what I would need to have is, a wiki page with
questions to which I would be giving answers.

I think all of this sounds great, especially the last part. Because I
have a feeling there will be a lot of people who won't qualify, now
since we got the food by a good price, why waste having additional
people coming to the conference. That is why waste the interest, again
they won't be completel

Yes, this is more then enough for start of registration process,

Great, let me know if that friend of yours is unable to take you
through campus as I can get some of the people working there to take
you on a tour throughout campus and its buildings.

Hi,
As suggested in #-team, we made a wiki with proposed dates for DebConf12.
You can find it over here:
http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf12/Dates
Based on the information we have, the local team proposes either option A or
B for DebConf12.
Comments? Questions?
