[Debconf-team] Speaker interface and scheduler interface display different times

Hi, I was told that the scheduled time a speaker sees in his interface is 3 hours earlier than the time the schedule team can see. The public schedule table is consistent with the schedulers view but speakers are just confused by seeing the wrong time. I have the slight suspiction that this issu
