A little extra information about which buildings, and where those
buildings are, might help folks with some additional data, such as
time/space calculations for logistical purposes. Have a look at this

My only comment to add to what's been said is that I wouldn't worry so
much about everyone having AC. Many people do not want AC at all,
like me. I live without it, and when I go to hotels, I turn it off
and open the windows.
