While reconciling accounts, I noticed a 220 EUR travel sponsorship
payment disappeared from FFIS. It was originally for 2011/09/02
It *could* be that I added this by mistake, and it was never really
there. I am not so sure about this, since I would have caught it when
I checked total balanc

Could you send me the final DebConf11 transaction list - the text file
that lists the description, date, bank fees, and amount for every
debconf transaction? After I get this, we should be able to call
DebConf11 "done" from the SPI side of things. I will try to put this
info into the DC
