[Dbmail] Make all errors 2.0.4

I hope someone can help me. I've tryed to install DBMail 2.0.4 on 2 different machines. 1. RedHat 8 and on the other Fedora Core 3. They both returns with the same error when I do "make all" ./configure --with-mysql runs without any errors. Thx! Here is the output: dbmysql.c:33:19: mysql.h: N

[Dbmail] missing sender address with auto reply

Hello Guru's and other kind of person's! ;-) Maybe a stupid question but I can't find the awnser in the mailinglist archives. When I turn on Auto Reply it works fine. But in the reply mail there is no Sender Adress of the person I sended a message to. Is there a possibility to change that??
