Are there some tools to migrate account
credentials for a lot of user accounts (don't
care about the mailbox contents, as they are
POP3) from an existing Linux Postfix mail server
to DbMail?

Trying to run configure, and have resolved
most issues, but there is a dependency that's
giving me some trouble..
Apparently with 12.04, the libgmime is now at
version 2.6 and 2.4 is not an option.. with libgmime-2.6-dev
still getting...

Any particular reason why dbmail-3 is on supported on the platforms you
mention? Those platforms are still very much viable, especially
for vps platforms..
